**Overview**
- Akrati is India’s leading Manufacturer and Exporter of 925 sterling silver and gemstone jewellery, with the aim to provide the best quality of Fine gemstones & jewelry at real competitive prices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand brand visibility across social platforms, primarily Instagram.
- Efficiently manage Instagram account interactions, including replying to DMs, comments, queries, and proactively engaging followers to boost brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Showcase products creatively and compellingly via Instagram stories, posts, and live sessions to drive sales and convert interest into orders.
- Maintain order sheets, invoices, and oversee the order fulfillment process from social media-driven sales, ensuring accurate tracking and customer satisfaction.
- Generate creative campaign ideas, draft compelling proposals, and deliver innovative content to attract and engage followers, tracking and reporting outcomes to the team.
- Actively contribute to the growth and visibility of the brand by collaborating with influencers, creating UGC opportunities, and managing brand collaborations.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Excellent English communication skills** (spoken and written), with the ability to effectively engage primarily US-based clientele.
- Proven experience or internships in social media marketing, content creation, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Instagram marketing tools, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing fresh, engaging, and interactive content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- An interest in or understanding of the gemstones and jewelry industry, though not mandatory, is advantageous.
