We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's marketing goals. You will manage and maintain our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.)
- Grow our online community by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and report on social media analytics and performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service, etc.)
- Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company policies

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in growing social media presence and engagement
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Certification in social media marketing (Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.)
