**We are recruiting for the position of Principal**

**Buddha International School**

Need a principal for an English medium senior secondary school. Fluency in English verbal and written is must, must have knowledge about informal letter drafting.

Qualification-Any post graduate with B.Ed

Marital status

Experience
- Min 5 years as a coordinator or Vice Principal.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and professional goals.
- Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs.
- Training, supervising, and motivating faculty including teachers and auxiliary staff.
- Working on committees including academic boards, governing bodies and task groups.
- Providing support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers.
- Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures
- Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.
- Liaising with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students.
- Organizing and facilitating a variety of educational or social activities.
- Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy.
- Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamic team.
- Lead professional development programs for staff and encourage instructors to attend regional conferences to maintain the best academic programs.

**Salary**: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
