Position: Trainee Business Associate

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0 to 1 Years

Job Responsibilities

1. Reach out to target number of supply leads in the assigned category on a daily basis.

2. Detail out the Porter’s offerings to the supply and understand their requirements

3. Identify new requirements to be converted into products depending on supply feedback

4. Make prospecting lists using industry understanding and online sources

5. Actively track conversion to make supply lead process improvements

6. Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads/prospects to assist in the conversion

7. Build short-term relationships with prospects to improve chances of setting up meetings

8. Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management

9. Perform market studies for new zones depending on business potential and other parameters.

10.Has to look upon the entire onboarding process of partners as per the SOP.

11. Maintain supply lifecycle
- Must make sure any supply onboard should at least do 5 orders in the first week.

1. English and local language proficiency

2. Positive and professional demeanor - go-getter attitude essential

3. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments

4. Strong negotiating skills and ability to seal the deal

5. Strong network in logistics/related industries preferred

6. Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain the necessary learning before setting on to work

7. Highly performance driven and smart

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
