**3. Risk Management**: Assess and manage trading risk, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, to protect the firm's interests and client investments.

**4. Order Routing**: Select appropriate trading venues and order types to optimize trade execution efficiency and minimize costs.

**5. Trade Confirmation**: Confirm trade execution details with clients and ensure accurate settlement of trades.

**6. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including adherence to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines and other relevant market regulations.

**7. Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all trades, including trade tickets, transaction logs, and client communication for auditing and compliance purposes.
