**1. Execution**: Execute buy and sell orders for clients in various financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, commodities, and derivatives, using trading platforms.

**2. Market Analysis**: Monitor financial markets, track price movements, and analyze market trends to make informed trading decisions.

**3. Risk Management**: Assess and manage trading risk, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, to protect the firm's interests and client investments.

**4. Order Routing**: Select appropriate trading venues and order types to optimize trade execution efficiency and minimize costs.

**5. Trade Confirmation**: Confirm trade execution details with clients and ensure accurate settlement of trades.

**6. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including adherence to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines and other relevant market regulations.

**7. Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all trades, including trade tickets, transaction logs, and client communication for auditing and compliance purposes.

**8. Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their trading needs, provide market insights, and offer trading recommendations.

**9. Market Research**: Stay updated on market news, economic events, and industry developments to anticipate potential impacts on client portfolios.

**10. Technology Utilization**: Utilize trading platforms and technology tools to execute orders efficiently and keep abreast of market changes.

**11. Trade Settlement**: Coordinate with settlement departments to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades.
