Implementation of all the activities required by the STS Group Corporate Governance. Guarantee the proper implementation of the Corporate Governance activities aimed to be full in compliance with Italian laws and regulations - Guarantee the proper information flow from the controlled companies to STS with respect to Corporate matters. - Contribute to the coordination and supervision over the activity of corporate bodies of the Company’s controlled companies. - Ensure a legal support to all current finance transactions of the Company’s Group - Ensure the implementation of the Company Register of Insiders - Contribute to the proper and timely performance of the Company regulatory and legislative obligations Respect of the planned due dates(in terms of compliance with Italian laws and regulation requirements) - Quality and accuracy of the outcomes (in terms of compliance with Italian laws and regulation requirements)
