**Job Objective**:
As part of the founders office you will serve as a trusted advisor to the founder and play a critical role in driving strategic projects. You will be at the helm of driving efforts across multiple teams to ensure that there is effective communication and collaboration aimed at achieving the goals across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Founder in all aspects of strategic planning and decision-making, facilitating alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Drive the execution of strategic projects and initiatives from the Office of the Founder, ensuring successful implementation and follow-through.
- Manage internal and external communications for the Founder, effectively conveying the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of InCore.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align their strategies with the company's overall objectives, and to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to market engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the Founder, providing insights into operations, team performance, sales and marketing effectiveness, and progress toward strategic objectives.
- Oversee the management of the Founder's office, ensuring efficient operations and providing leadership to support staff.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:
**Required**:

- Fair understanding of the processor design industry, particularly RISC-V-based technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making.

Bonus:

- Background in Engineering or a technology-related field.
- Experience in driving sales and marketing strategy in the technology sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role in a technology organization, preferably within the processor design or semiconductor industry.
- Experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts, with a proven track record of driving alignment and effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Master's degree in Engineering(Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic role in a technology organization, with a deep understanding of the processor design or semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, aligning them with company objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
