Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Textile Industry

Location: Kolkata, Metiabruz

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the vibrant têxtile industry. Based in Kolkata, specifically in the Metiabruz area, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and engaging new customers in the Metiabruz area.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products effectively.
- Utilize your knowledge of the têxtile industry to showcase our products' features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market conditions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the têxtile industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in the Metiabruz area is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally outside for training or meetings.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
