**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or

related field. Master’s degree preferred.

**Working days**: Monday - Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off)

**Experience**: 15 - 20 years

**Preferred Certifications**:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert; or
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert; or
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate; or
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online,

SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
- Implement and manage security protocols, compliance policies, and user access

controls within the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, ensuring mínimal

disruption to business operations.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to Microsoft 365 services to ensure

the system is up to date and secure.
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing

on cloud and hybrid environments.
- Integrate and manage third-party solutions with Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless

operation and security.

- Ensure the security and privacy of enterprise data, in compliance with relevant laws,

regulations, and organizational standards.
- Implement advanced security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA),

conditional access, and threat protection policies.
- Monitor and manage compliance reports to align with regulatory frameworks (e.g.,

GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues related to Microsoft 365,

including advanced troubleshooting for end-users and IT staff.
- Lead the development and implementation of IT support processes and best practices

for Microsoft 365 services.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff and assist in the development of their technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Legal, Finance) to tailor Microsoft

365 tools and solutions to organizational needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing technical guidance

and support as required.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and

timely delivery of milestones.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity management and single sign-on (SSO) protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Online,

SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, etc.) for task automation and system

management.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices, particularly in cloud

environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g.,

GDPR, ISO 27001).
