With over a decade of experience and 650+ successful projects under our belt, we're looking to expand our creative team with a **Senior UI Designer** who can take full ownership of design projects — from ideation to client handover — while working closely with developers and stakeholders.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Senior UI Designer & Client Coordinator**, you will play a cross-functional role that blends design thinking, client communication, and project management. You'll lead the UI design of websites, sell your design vision to clients, and ensure seamless coordination with developers to maintain the integrity of the design throughout development.

**Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design**:

- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Define and implement design systems, layout flows, and micro-interactions.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design documentation.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.

**Client Communication & Design Selling**:

- Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, business goals, and brand identity.
- Present and explain design concepts clearly and confidently.
- Incorporate client feedback and guide them toward the best design decisions.
- Build lasting client relationships through strong communication and trust.

**Project Management & Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Convey visual design language, layout behavior, and animation details to the development team.
- Collaborate with content writers, SEO specialists, and branding experts when needed.
- Take full ownership of design timelines, client approvals, and delivery milestones.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 4+ years of experience in UI design for websites (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design expertise, creativity, and business-oriented UI decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead conversations with clients.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (bonus: ability to spot implementation issues).
- Experience in motion design or animations (using Lottie, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
