The Parts In-Charge is responsible for managing and overseeing the parts inventory, ensuring the availability of required parts for maintenance, repair, and production. This role requires maintaining accurate records, optimizing stock levels, and collaborating with various departments and suppliers to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. The Parts In-Charge should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or inventory management training preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and interdepartmental coordination.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and work in a warehouse environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
- Problem-solving skills for resolving stock and supply issues.
- Knowledge of parts and materials relevant to the industry (e.g., automotive, manufacturing).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Reporting To**:
Typically reports to the Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor, depending on the organization structure.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
