We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure effective communication to resolve customer issues and build positive relationships.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Proactively seek solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and trends to improve overall service.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
- Provide product-related information to customers to enhance their understanding.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
