**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and their families about admission requirements, processes, and opportunities at partner colleges.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, both over the phone and in person.
- Assist students in identifying suitable colleges and programs that align with their career goals.
- Provide detailed information about college admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and financial aid options.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
- Track and follow up with prospective students throughout the admission cycle.
- Organize and participate in informational sessions, open houses, and college fairs.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software.
- Knowledge of the Indian and international higher education systems is a plus.
- A passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
