**Mechanical Trainer Description**

A **Mechanical Trainer** is responsible for educating and mentoring students or trainees in the field of Mechanical Engineering and related technologies. The role involves delivering theoretical knowledge along with hands-on practical training, ensuring learners acquire industry-relevant skills. The trainer is expected to develop training materials, conduct workshops, guide projects, and evaluate performance while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train students on core mechanical concepts such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, strength of materials, manufacturing processes, and machine design.
- Provide hands-on training in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, CREO, ANSYS, etc.) and mechanical tools.
- Develop course materials, training manuals, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and guide them in academic and project work.
- Stay updated with the latest industry practices, tools, and technologies to incorporate them into training modules.
- Ensure safety and compliance during practical workshops and lab sessions.
- Mentor students on career opportunities, internships, and industry trends.

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and simulation software.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Classroom and workshop management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and student development.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Industry experience or teaching/training experience in the mechanical domain.
- Certification in CAD/CAM or specialized mechanical software (preferred).
