We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mechanical Finite Element Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ensuring engagement and comprehension.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they work through FEA simulations and projects, offering assistance and feedback to enhance their understanding and proficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using popular FEA software packages such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools, and effectively teach participants how to utilize these tools for engineering analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in mechanical FEA methodologies and software, incorporating new knowledge into training curriculum as appropriate.
- Monitor participant progress and assess learning outcomes to ensure training objectives are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment conducive to student success and satisfaction.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to participants, addressing areas for improvement and celebrating achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with mechanical finite element analysis software, such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools.
- Prior experience delivering technical training or instruction, preferably in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students.
- Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Availability to teach classes on a part-time basis, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their learning goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certification in finite element analysis or related areas.
- Experience working in industry as a mechanical engineer or analyst.
- Familiarity with additional engineering simulation tools or disciplines, such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or structural analysis.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
