**Job Description: Land Surveyor**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Survey Planning**: Plan and execute land surveys, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- **Field Work**: Conduct field surveys using various surveying instruments, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
- **Data Collection**: Collect and record survey data accurately, including measurements, observations, and field notes.
- **Data Processing**: Process survey data using specialized software to create accurate maps, plans, and profiles.
- **Calculations**: Perform calculations related to land surveys, including area, volume, and coordinate transformations.
- **Legal Surveys**: Conduct boundary surveys to establish property lines and resolve disputes.
- **Topographic Surveys**: Create detailed topographic maps of land features.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures during field work.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and blueprints.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with surveying software
- Knowledge of local surveying regulations and standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
