Hiring Accounts Officer for Mohali Location

**Job Responsibilities: -**
a. Manage day-to-day Financial Transactions.
b. Book keeping of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet.
c. Reconciliation of Bank Statement.
d. Coordinate with banks for project approvals. ˆ
e. Initiate Online Remittances. ˆ
f. Submission of Periodical reports to banks (Stock Reports / Debtors reports)
g. Monthly Cash Flow Statement.
h. Comparison of Actual expenses V/s Budgeted expenses.
i. Checking and Verification of Purchase bills / Contractors Running Bills.
j. Maintenance of banking transactions on daily basis, tracking fund availability and issue cheques to clients.
k. Track receivables and payables of company.
l. Issue of various form to Vendors and customers respectively
m. Follow up for various forms received from vendors and customers.
n. Monthly Sales MIS (executive wise and category wise sales).
o. Perform other accounting duties as requested.
- **Statutory and Taxation Compliance**
a. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
b. Develop long term relationships with concerned government authorities.
c. Statutory Compliance with various Taxation laws
- Income Tax, Sales Tax,GST, Service Tax and others.
d. Arrange for deposit of TDS, GST and other statutory dues, filing of returns and timely completion of assessment.
e. TDS - Deduction, Deposit / Filing e-Return / Issuing Certificates / Assessment.
f. Filing of VAT returns, Issuance of Forms (“C” forms, D1\
g. Computation of Assessable Income & filing of Income tax returns.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
