Front Desk Executive Tele Caller

**Job Summary**
This position focuses on customer service & Guest/visitor management. You will help build partnership with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are attended to promptly. You will supervise the Front Desk operations and will ensure that the high-quality service is being delivered in a friendly and professional manner. You will be the single point of contact for the guests upon arrival till they are not addressed by the respective department executive. You will provide support and manage the Front Desk operations and administration of the reception area. The role involves high-end interaction with matured students, their parents or working executives through direct calls with highest promptness.
You will talk about their careers and explain them about our services viz., vocational courses.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Manage Front Desk
Taking care of Guest Relationship
Coordinating with other department executives
Customer Service
Handling administrative & documentation related to Reception
Career counselling over call for students and experienced executives as per our process.
Consistent and prompt calling to leads that are received through various online and social platforms.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
Good in Communication - English, Hindi and/or Marathi
Basic knowledge of operating computers
Phone etiquettes
Existing experience of at least one year in a similar job
Excellent command on English, Marathi and Hindi is required
Should have articulate style of communication on explaining the services
Need to have endurance to seat and continuously receive or make calls
Energy level should be high
Presentable & friendly
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
