**Responsibilities**:

- Create **high-quality 3D assets and textures** while adhering to project guidelines.
- Integrate models and textures into **game engines (Unity3D)** and optimize for performance.
- Ensure visual consistency by following artistic and technical direction.
- Review and refine assets once imported into the engine, making necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with game designers to align assets with gameplay mechanics and storytelling.
- Learn and adapt to **technical constraints** of different platforms, engines, and tools.
- Maintain **good artistic principles** while incorporating feedback for better visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously **improve creative workflows**.
- Work effectively within a team, contributing to a **collaborative development environment**.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in **3D modeling** (low-poly & high-poly), **normal map extraction** using **3DS Max, Maya, or Blender**.
- Proficiency in **texturing** with **Substance Painter/Designer, Adobe Photoshop**.
- Solid understanding of **game engines (Unity3D)** and asset integration.
- Experience designing for **platform-based games**.
- Good sense of **proportion, scale, and detail** in asset creation.
- Basic knowledge of **2D software** for concept art, UI, or promotional assets.
- Previous experience in the **gaming industry** is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in **Fine Arts, Design, Computer Science, or related fields** (preferred).
- **Portfolio or demo reel** showcasing previous work is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of **game publishing to iOS, Android** is an added advantage.

**Salary & Review**:

- ₹8,000 per month
- **Performance review** after **6 months** with the possibility of a salary increment
