**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**
**Location: Delhi, Patparganj Industrial Area**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Experience: 2-4years**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and manage **product listings** across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- Handle **order processing**, fulfillment, shipping coordination, and **returns management**.
- Monitor and maintain **inventory records** and stock levels to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- Provide **admin support** and coordinate with internal teams like logistics, warehouse, and accounts.
- Perform **data entry** tasks and maintain accurate records of product, pricing, and customer data.
- Generate reports using **MS Office** tools (Excel, Word) to track sales, returns, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and optimize product visibility and ratings.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **product listing** and catalog management.
- Experience with **order processing** and **return handling**.
- Familiarity with major **e-commerce platforms** (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Good command of **MS Office** tools (especially Excel and Word).
- Basic knowledge of **inventory management systems**.
- Fast and accurate **data entry** abilities.
- **Administrative support** experience is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce or online retail environment preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
