Jacobs’ climate change advisory group delivers a diverse range of city - and nation-building projects and has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality, innovative work._ - We seek a talented and dynamic _**_Advisor - Strategy & Performance _**_with relevant experience to join our growing team and work collaboratively with the Regional Strategic Consulting Teams. _ **Responsibilities**: Jacobs have well-established strategic advisory capabilities and extensive experience working collaboratively with government agencies and private businesses to solve complex problems. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the regional consulting teams in growth, breadth and depth of strategy, policy and performance services for our Focus clients. While you will primarily work in collaboration with the Transport and Water Advisory Teams, the role may also be called upon to work across our other advisory sectors, particularly climate and environment. The primary function of this role will be working closely with the regional consulting teams to support clients and other members of the Jacobs team to support the delivery of projects including: - Developing and implementing policy, strategies and plans - Exploring trends, issues and opportunities with clients and key stakeholders to establish a preferred strategic direction - Preparing practical approaches to performance measurement and evaluation (e.g., MERI and program logics, theory of change, surveys / questionnaires) - Undertaking robust and insightful evaluations and reviews, using well established techniques and contemporary presentation methods / tools to draw out and communicate key findings and recommendations ASIA **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - A relevant degree with more than 5 years of experience in policy, strategy and program review and evaluation. - Have experience in one or more related sectors (e.g. water, climate & environment, transport, power & energy, cities & places, health). - Strong analytical and structured thinking, exposure to team work as well as global stakeholder engagement. - Strong research & analysis ability supplemented with excellent report writing capabilities. - Effective communication including presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels professionally
