**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle sales of new residential projects from reputed developers.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project information to potential buyers.
- Generate leads through various offline and online marketing channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide end-to-end assistance in the property buying process including documentation and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in selling **fresh residential real estate projects**.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current project offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.

**Salary & Benefits**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
