We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell travel packages, including tours, flights, accommodation, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain a strong customer base through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on clients' interests, budget, and travel preferences.
- Arrange and coordinate all aspects of clients' travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, including client details, bookings, and payments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Available throughout the day for discussions with the clients.
- Should have good communication skills to solve the client's queries.
- Should use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
- Provide fast, friendly service and actively seeking out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.
- Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach Industry.
