**Key Responsibilities**: Content & Community Management
- Manage and execute content scheduling and posting across EMT and associated group social media channels.
- Maintain a robust content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Write, edit, and proofread social media copy in English and Hindi.
- Research and integrate trending topics to create engaging, relatable content.
- Monitor online communities and engage with followers to grow brand presence organically.
- Provide monthly social media reports and actionable insights.

Content Creation & Production
- Ideate and create thumb-stopping social media creatives and video content.
- Shoot high-quality videos using mobile phones.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) using mobile tools like **InShot**, **Canva**, or similar.
- Write scripts for both short-form and long-form videos.
- Assist with voiceovers or on-camera appearances if needed.

Social Media Advertising
- Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like **Facebook**, **Instagram**, and **YouTube**.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjust targeting and creatives to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Tools & Tech
- Use scheduling tools like **Hootsuite**, **Meta Business Suite**, or similar.
- Leverage AI tools for faster content creation and trend analysis.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monthly social media market research.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management and advertising.
- Creative mindset with a love for puns, trends, and storytelling.
- Proven experience in writing engaging content in both **English & Hindi**.
- Strong mobile video shooting and editing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, formats, and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience managing YouTube channels or YouTube ad campaigns.
- On-screen presence or voice-over skills.
- Prior experience working in lifestyle, entertainment, or real estate verticals.
