**Key Responsibilities**:
**Greeting and Assisting Visitors**:Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information and directions to various hospital departments.

**Patient Registration**:Collect and verify patient information during the registration process.
Ensure accurate entry of patient details into the hospital database.

**Appointment Scheduling**:Manage appointment schedules for various departments.
Coordinate with medical staff to schedule appointments efficiently.

**Telephone Management**:Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Take and relay messages in a timely and accurate manner.

**Administrative Support**:Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

**Insurance Verification**:Verify and update patient insurance information.
Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and processes.

**Cash Handling**:Handle patient payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with billing and finance departments as needed.

**Emergency Response**:Follow established protocols for handling emergency situations.
Ensure effective communication during emergencies.

**Customer Service**:Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Strive to provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
