**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating salary and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and to provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Maximum of 1 years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
