Sales Executive [Male]

The Sales Executive is key to converting leads into successful sales and managing ongoing relationships with existing customers. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads from the Telecalling Specialist, aiming to convert these into confirmed orders. Engage proactively with potential clients to clarify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, directly handling their orders and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Documentation Specialist to ensure that quotes, invoices, and other customer-facing documents are delivered promptly. Coordinate with the graphic designer to prepare product mock-ups that aid in closing sales deals.
- Sales Strategy and Reporting: Develop effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and maintain high customer retention. Keep detailed records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and customer feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conversion rate of leads to actual sales.
- Timeliness of documentation and mock-up delivery.
- Revenue generated from new and existing customers.
- Customer satisfaction levels and retention rates.

Goals
- Daily: Engage with new leads and follow up on ongoing negotiations.
- Weekly: Secure a minimum number of new client contracts, focusing on substantial order sizes to contribute meaningfully to the monthly sales target.
- Monthly: Meet or exceed the set sales revenue target, contributing to the company’s overall goal of 25 lacs per month.

Work Hours and Environment
- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM with a flexible 40-minute lunch break and a 15-minute evening tea break. Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM with a 30-minute lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2 PM.
- Location: Hybrid position requiring occasional travel to the Andheri office for training and review meetings, as well as to customer sites or the office as required for significant negotiations or relationship management.

Incentive Structure
- Revenue from Cold Call Leads: 0.75% commission on revenue generated from new customers acquired through cold call leads.
- Revenue from Other Leads: 0.50% commission on revenue from leads via website, social media, or referrals.
- Revenue from Repeat Orders: No commission on revenue from orders placed by repeat customers if the same product is ordered again. However, a 0.25% commission applies if the repeat order involves different products not previously purchased.

Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a similar industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
