Job Description Summary: PayPal's Government Relations and Policy team is dedicated to engaging with policymakers and regulators globally to advance the company's mission. Our team focuses on fostering sustainable growth for communities, while emphasizing public policies or regulations that balance risk with innovation that empowers people, businesses, and communities to thrive in the dynamic digital economy We are looking for a passionate and driven Government relations intern to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in hands-on public policy research, analysis, and advocacy. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the Government relations, legal, compliance teams in India & South Asia to support initiatives that align with PayPal’s objectives and vision.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Conduct research and analysis on public policy and regulatory issues relevant to PayPal.**:

- ** Draft policy briefs, memos, and reports under the guidance of senior team members.**:

- ** Monitor legislative and regulatory developments related to payments and financial services topics and provide timely updates to the team.**:

- ** Assist in preparation of messaging collaterals for internal and external use.**:

- ** Participate in policy meetings, workshops, and conferences to gain insights into policy discussions.***:
**Key Qualifications**:

- ** Graduates from any discipline (e.g., Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, etc.)**:

- ** Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.**:

- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**:
