We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our company. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and executing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and maximize online visibility for our vacation rental listings and website.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices, with hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings and recommendations, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with local SEO and optimizing vacation rental listings for specific geographic locations and travel destinations.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal, and basic HTML/CSS skills.
- Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) would be a plus.

Pay: ₹8,756.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
