**Reports To**: Supervisor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, grinders, etc.) to produce parts according to specifications.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Regularly perform maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating to ensure optimal performance.
- **Tool Setup & Calibration**: Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs in CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- **Production Monitoring**: Monitor machine performance and output, making adjustments as needed to improve production efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or training in CNC operation or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CNC programming.
- Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lifting and carrying of parts or materials up to.
- Comfortable working with machinery and tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing or production facility environment.
- Possible exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals (PPE provided).
- Shift work or overtime may be required depending on production needs.
