**Role Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
Efficient management of B2C business and customer relations.
Work closely with the Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned operational support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works;
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing operational processes and achieving organizational goals
Continuously evaluate existing operational workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with operational objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, to coordinate activities and achieve integrated business objectives.
**Requirements: -**
Bachelor's degree (Any IT/computer based)
Proficiency in google sheets, google slides and Ms Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience in operations management and analytics
Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
Basic knowledge & interest in Natural Skin & Hair Care
Good in English -Both writing & spoken
Good & Interested in client handling, webinar & social media handling
Good & Interested in skin & hair related research works, operations related problem solving, finding a way to complete the tasks faster.
Good Knowledge in PPT slides making, handling google sheets, google sheets formulations & automations, drive, word document, Posters & Video making in canva, sales report.
**Points to be noted: -**
(Monday to Saturday)
Job Mode: Onsite (In Office)
Office Location: Coimbatore (Thudiyalur) - Expected to be available within 5-10km radius
Available to start immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
