**Job Summary**:
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations, ensuring the successful execution of ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) and LEP (Learning Enhancement Program) installations across multiple locations in Tripura. The role involves managing field activities, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery within stipulated timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise on-site installation of ATL/LEP projects in educational institutions.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of installation tasks according to project guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Document and report daily progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.
- Train and guide local staff on the operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project protocols.
- Address any on-site technical or logístical concerns promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Engineering, Education, or Project Management).
- 2-4 years of experience in field coordination, project execution, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to travel extensively across project sites in Tripura.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the education or skill development sector.
- Familiarity with ATL/LEP programs and government education initiatives.
- Local language proficiency is an advantage.
