It serves 25+ Customers across globe with 250 + FTE spread across India and Europe. The accelerated growth in next 5 years would cover large part of India operation in transforming to Digital form with technology and advance analytics with IOT, virtual reality, RPA, Block chain and Neural Network.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Planner. As a Production Planner you will be responsible for

developing, implementing, and maintaining production schedules that ensure the efficient utilization of resources, timely

production, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes,

supply chain dynamics, and the ability to balance demand and supply to meet customer needs. The Production Planner

collaborates closely with various teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to optimize production

workflows and achieve overall operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules that align with customer demand, taking into

account available resources, production capacities, and lead times.

2. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather accurate demand forecasts and

translate them into actionable production plans.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure

optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory costs.

4. Resource Allocation: Allocate production resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials,

to ensure efficient production runs.

5. Production Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and

information between production stages, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.

6. Capacity Planning: Analyse production capacities and identify constraints, making recommendations for process

improvements and resource investments as needed.

7. Lead Time Analysis: Assess lead times for different production stages and work with cross-functional teams to

reduce lead times while maintaining quality.

8. Change Management: Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, supply, or other external

factors, communicating changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

9. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that production processes adhere to

established quality standards and identify areas for process improvement.

10. Data Analysis: Utilize production data, historical trends, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions

in optimizing production processes.

11. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency

improvements within the production workflow.

12. Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure

alignment on production schedules and requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related

field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.
- 2-4 Years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
