**Job Title**: Production Planner
**Location**: APMEA
**Reports to (Position)**: Pramod Kaushik
**Department/Function**: HO - SCM

**Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for Production Planning & Export execution of select Region/Categories in order to proactively fulfil the demand of all skus for the export region, monitor the performance of FGS and other entities enabling seamless execution and support function with daily/weekly/monthly MIS.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Receive demand plan and orders from all sales channels + regions and convert this to production plan.
- Work with plant PPC to get the most suitable production confirmation against plan.
- Provide supply confirmation to sales channels based on available stocks and production plan.
- Monitor actual production against plan at respective plants.
- Prepare the despatch plan for respective plants and follow up on execution for domestic despatch.
- Follow up with regions on commercial clearance for their orders against the confirmed container plan (CP).
- Prepare short term container plans basis the stocks confirmed by plant FGS and the commercial clearance from regions.
- Coordinate with international freight forwarders on container booking confirmation.
- Work with Plant FGS Teams and schedule the container loading for exports as per CP and bookings confirmed by forwarders.
- Work with R&D and Plants on manufacturing capacity and capability enhancement projects.
- Work with R&D and Product Mktg on New Product Development and map it to plants as per Manufacturing capability.
- Work with Plant FGS to arrive at optimal load factors for new products.

- 5-7 years in Production/Demand & Supply Planning in multiple source environment
