**Job Title: Instrumentation Designer**

**Location**: Bangalore and Mumbai

**Experience**: 4-8 years

**Industry: Oil and Gas**

**Offshore Experience**: 2-3 years mandatory

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design instrumentation systems for offshore oil and gas facilities, including specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure integration of instrumentation systems with other project components.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data and requirements for instrumentation design.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including design reports, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations in all instrumentation designs and implementations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for instrumentation systems during installation, commissioning, and operation phases.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely and quality delivery of instrumentation equipment and services.
- Maintain and update design records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in instrumentation design within the Oil and Gas industry.
- 2-3 years of mandatory offshore experience.
- Proficiency in instrumentation design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to instrumentation in the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with control systems, safety systems, and process instrumentation.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
- Certification in relevant industry standards and practices.

- This position may require travel to offshore locations and working in challenging environments.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
