**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Implementer Intern** to assist in the implementation of our ERP/SAP/CRM solutions. The intern will work closely with the implementation team to configure, test, and support software deployment for clients. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP systems and project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules under supervision.
- Help prepare and maintain implementation-related documentation.
- Participate in software testing (UAT) and identify/report issues.
- Support data migration activities and verify data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide basic user training and support during go-live.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (ERP, SAP, or similar preferred).
- Knowledge of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, or Accounting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

**Technical Skills (preferred)**:

- ERPWave/ CRM/ SAP (B1)
- SQL (basic queries)
- MS Excel & Documentation Skills
