**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Management**:
Manage and optimize product listings across major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.

Regularly update inventory, pricing, and promotional details.

Ensure product content is accurate, complete, and adheres to each platform’s guidelines.

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for deals, campaigns, and visibility.

**Product Listing & Content**:
Create and manage product listings with high-quality content, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and specifications.

Optimize listings for SEO and search visibility on each marketplace.

Coordinate with the content/design team for required assets like banners, A+ content, etc.

**Operations & Inventory Management**:
Monitor and update stock levels, pricing, and offers across all platforms.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Track order cancellations, returns, and refunds and coordinate resolution.

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs for each marketplace.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.

**Customer & Platform Coordination**:
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across platforms.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution (e.g., suspended listings, payments, policy updates).

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

3-6 years of experience managing listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and optimization techniques.

Proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and listing tools.

Familiarity with order management systems and e-commerce dashboards.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
