**Job Summary**

What You'll Do (including, but not limited to):
Attract new customers and guests through active social meda and online marketing, customer acquisition, and adding value to the vacation experience of our guests.
- Also to build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates and Hotel Sales.
- Identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company..
- Make inspiring sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Work closely with the Hotel’s marketing team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization
- Be the Sales and Marketing face of J R Paradise Adventure Resort Pvt. Ltd. to our customers and guests.

Familiar with online marketing and social media marketing is essential.

**Qualifications and Skills**
Bachelor's degree from a 3-year, accredited university or college. A combination of education and commensurate experience may be considered.
2 plus years of marketing and sales experience in the hospitality industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frazer Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
