Flagright helps fintech and banks prevent financial crime and remain AML compliant while enabling them to grow revenue and manage risk appetite in real time. It’s an API-first solution with a no-code back office portal. We provide real-time responses even for data-intensive, complex rules via a simple and extensible API on a usage-based pricing model. We are on a mission to commoditize financial crime prevention tooling for startups globally and we're looking for an experienced Product designer to join our team.

We are a Y Combinator-backed company based in Berlin, serving customers from 6 continents.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
In pursuit of this mission, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our Design team. We are looking for smart, creative, energetic and passionate individuals to make an instant impact.

We are looking at hiring a designer who:

- Can understand our product or have experience working with complex enterprise products.
- Have the ability to see and understand the requirements beyond the problem statements.
- Can Understand user insights & requirements.
- Have the ability to quickly adapt to the product and take ownership of it.
- Have the ability to collaborate with other teams and focus on finding feasible solutions for execution.
- Is not afraid to speak up when necessary and to learn.
- Can empathize users as well as the team to find the right balance.
- Can translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Have growth-mindset, open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast
- paced environment.
- Can perform user testing and understand how design can affect metrics/goals.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
A minimum of 2 years experience is required with at least 1 year of experience working as a product designer shipping preferably for an enterprise or a complex product.
