We are a leading US healthcare medical billing company located in Coimbatore. Our company specializes in providing comprehensive revenue cycle management services to healthcare providers across the United States.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand medical billing processes and procedures.
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Update patient accounts with accurate information obtained during calls.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) with Saturday and Sunday off.
