**AR Associate Trainee (Voice Process - Night Shift)**

**Job Summary**:
Join our team as an AR Associate Trainee, where you will receive free training with a stipend and the opportunity for employment on the company payroll. This role involves US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and requires excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle voice-based processes related to AR (Accounts Receivable) management.
- Communicate effectively in English with a neutral accent.
- Utilize typing skills and MS Excel proficiency to manage data and reports.
- Complete training on US Healthcare RCM, including patient registration, claim submission, and denial management.
- Transition to full-time employment upon successful completion of training.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Educational Qualification: +2 (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Prior experience in English voice process telecalling is an added advantage.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Typing speed and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Commitment to learning and growing in the US Healthcare RCM domain.
