Job Title: Site Supervisor - Civil

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the civil engineering industry to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at construction sites. This role is essential in ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.

Supervise construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Health and Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations by all workers on-site.

Develop and manage site-specific risk assessments and safety plans.

3. Coordination and Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Coordinate with other trades or departments to ensure seamless project execution.

4. Quality Control:
Monitor construction work to meet required quality standards.

Inspect materials, workmanship, and the final output for compliance with project specifications.

5. Resource Management:
Allocate resources, including labor, machinery, and materials, for efficient project execution.

Manage material orders and ensure timely delivery.

6. Reporting:
Maintain daily site activity logs, documenting progress, workforce details, and incidents or delays.

Provide regular progress updates to the project manager or client.

7. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve on-site issues such as delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in construction-related calculations (e.g., square feet, cubic feet) and documentation.

Ability to take precise site and room measurements.

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.

Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.

Proficiency in project management and construction software.

Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to uphold quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
