**Job Title**:Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage and lead site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to project management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Address any on-site disputes or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of work activities to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erode Collectorate, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
