**Over view**

We are seeking a talented individual who can take on the role of a Site Supervisor.

The person will be responsible in executing the site work as per the drawing

Organize, schedule and plan the site and Able to understand civil and interior Auto CAD drawing and site measurement

**Responsibilities**

Oversee and manage Labour work at various level at sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issue on-site.

Knowledge of false ceiling, tile work, electrical wiring, and civil work.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage labour resources effectively, including hiring and scheduling workers

Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the Interior.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Need to travel different sites in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Able to work under pressure and hand over site on deadlines.

Experience: 1 or 2 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical

Work Location: In person
