Oversee day-to-day operations and execution of construction activities at the site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage site manpower (labors, contractors, supervisors, etc.) for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Facilitate timely delivery of materials and ensure proper utilization of resources on-site.
- Ensure high standards of construction quality and workmanship.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met as per the construction schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Report and resolve any safety hazards or incidents at the site.
- Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Maintain site records including labor attendance, material receipts, equipment logs, and inspection checklists.
- Ensure all site documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
