**Job Location**:Pune (Work from Home)

**Working Time**: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon-Sat).

**Industry-** Any / Medical / Healthcare / Hospitals.

**Functional Area-** Patient Counselling / Patient Co-Ordination / Patient Communication / Patient Care / Patient Relation / Patient Associate.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- To receive and deliver messages accurately and completely.
- To guide and counsel patients according to their queries.
- Maintain patient records confidential and secure
- Understanding a patient's profile and resolving their queries to make them better understand the benefits of WeTother services
- Advise patients about the service through structured discussions.
- Being sensitive to a patient's needs and guiding them throughout their journey.
- Coordinating with different departments and juggling multiple tasks to achieve the desired result.
- Well versed in English Hindi and Marathi
