- **Inventory Management**: Merchandisers are responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that products are adequately stocked to meet customer demand. They track sales patterns and forecasts to anticipate future inventory needs and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- **Promotions and Pricing**: Merchandisers plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase product visibility. They may collaborate with marketing teams to develop advertising materials and determine pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Merchandisers are often involved in designing and setting up product displays to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. They arrange products in visually appealing ways, considering factors such as color coordination, product placement, and signage.
- **Vendor Relations**: Merchandisers maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory.
- **Market Analysis**: Merchandisers conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. They use this information to identify opportunities for product assortment improvements and strategic positioning.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**: Merchandisers track sales performance and analyze data to evaluate the success of product lines and promotional activities. They prepare reports and presentations for management, summarizing key findings and recommending adjustments to merchandising strategies as needed.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Merchandisers collaborate with various departments within the organization, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to coordinate merchandising efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
