**Shift Timings**: 5 Days working with 24*7 Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational Off.
**Salary: 18000 to 30000**
**HSC or Graduate freshers can apply.
**1 year of international BPO experience can also apply.

**Need experience in International Bpo of minimum 1 year on paper**

**The Role**:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Be a Communication Master**:
Utilize your excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers over various channels.
Problem-Solving Pro: Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Experience with customer service or technical support in voice will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic and manage performance KPI’s.
