We are looking for a highly motivated Research Scientist, and help us with managing Research and development from end-to-end. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.

You'll be working on:
a) **Testing **existing assays in both artificial & clinical samples

b) **Developing** artificial samples and assays

c) Working on chemistries to develop new tests

d) Performing Testing & **Validation** on developed chemistries in both artificial & real samples

e) Compiling all the data and generating insights and knowledge from it

f) Presenting the generated knowledge in form of **whitepapers, publications** at different forums

g) **Brainstorming **with the team to come up with new ideas for building the future of diagnostics

**Skills**:You will be a good fit for the role if **your answer** to the following **is "Yes"**:
a) You have experience working in a **wet lab**

b) You have experience working with **biochemistries**

c) You have experience / know-how of **:enzymatic chemistries, antigen-antibody based chemistries, sandwiched ELISA's**

d) You have knowledge of using/principles of analytical lab instruments **:UV-Vis spectroscopy, ELISA plate readers, HPLC, etc.**

e) You believe that point of care diagnostics and screening is the future of healthcare regime

**Salary**: ₹38,221.28 - ₹88,746.13 per month
