Job Title: Fragrance Research Scientist

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage research projects aimed at developing new fragrances for various consumer products, including perfumes, cosmetics, home care, and personal care products.

Utilize advanced knowledge of fragrance chemistry and materials science to innovate and optimize fragrance formulations, ensuring superior performance and consumer appeal.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing to align fragrance development efforts with market trends, consumer preferences, and business objectives.

Design and conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to assess fragrance performance, stability, and acceptability, and incorporate feedback into formulation refinements.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and ingredients in the fragrance industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, academic institutions, and research organizations, to access cutting-edge technologies and expand R&D capabilities.

Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, including training sessions, technical presentations, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fragrance ingredients, safety, and labeling.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on fragrance chemistry preferred. Master's degree with extensive industry experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in fragrance R&D, preferably within the consumer goods or fragrance industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization, resulting in significant product value.

Deep understanding of fragrance chemistry, raw materials, and formulation principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and execute complex experiments and interpret data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
